More Hot Chocolate Fun!
Well, it looks like the Oregonian has got the hot chocolate spirit going today. They have a series of six separate articles on hot chocolate including recipes from The Essence of Chocolate (by John Scharffenberger and Robert Steinberg) and the best-named cookbook ever, Chocolate Obsession (by Michael Recchiuti and Fran Gage). Mmm i love hot chocolate especially this time of year when you just get home from work and your freezing cold just sit down with a lovely cup of hot chocolate in front of the tv.
