Keystone Chocolate Village
I really wish I had a picture to go along with this. There is a tradition at the Keystone Resort in Keystone Colorado to build a chocolate village for display in the lobby for the holiday season. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the annual display and features 2500 pounds of chocolate including a six foot white chocolate Christmas tree with blown sugar ornaments. It took 10 months (!) for Keystone chef Ned Archibald to build the display which runs through January 2nd. Hopefully they'll post some photos of it so I can actualy see (and share) this marvel but for now it's just up to my imagination.
