PRNewswire has up a post with recipes for 10 different chocolate cocktails - or "choctails" as they call them - and they sound nice. They go relatively light on the alcohol focusing instead on the milk but the flavor combinations are nice. In fact, looking over the recipes I actually found two that I make for myself - the Irish Cream and Seattle Spiked Mocha. As I love those two recipes I'm apt to give a few more of these a try.
